These guys are something else. After all i have read in the complaint board about these guys i am compelled to share the secret to getting some service with these bastards. ..PERSISTENCE. They really go out of their way to keep you from reaching someone that MIGHT be WILLING TO HELP YOU. I called around 40 times but i finally got an agent that i had an instant rapport with .
