I ordered a video game online as a gift on January 16. I accidently added a 7 day, $1 trial to Smart Game Shopper. I received a confirming email right after I placed the order and realized that I'd accidently purchased it. On January 17th, I called the toll free number provided to cancel membership. It took FOUR calls - their telephone system wasn't working correctly- didn't respond to "press 1...", cut you off, etc. ( I've decided, since, this is just the way they do business.)
