Bad, bad reception . Phone reads, "searching" for signal. Near the interstate! Customer service still insisted on charging me a early term fee even when they had a contract to render service to me! Rip -off. Apple even replaced the phone to prove it was not a software issue. (aT&T has no record conveinently of me calling or that my phone was replaced! ) I said that was impossible, the serial number is different and all.
