On 2/27/11 I purchased a table and chairs & arranged delivery for 3/6. Chairs were the wrong ones. Delivery man called customer service who said we could return the order without a restocking fee, or keep the table until we found out if the proper chairs were available. I chose to return the whole order, and the delivery man confirmed with Courtney that there would be no restocking fee. He confirmed it for us on his paperwork, which we photocopied.
