I ordered a $109.40 of items from Cybermoon, which was taken out of my account on 11/29/2010. On Dec. 26, 2010, I emailed [email protected], to ask the status. Beth responded that there must of been a computer glitch and they would get the items out within 10 days. On Jan. 20, 2011, I emailed again. No response. I emailed on Jan. 24. 2011, on the 26th, Beth responded with asking if I received any part of my order.
