Ordered 16oz pump of BioFreeze on 02/13/2011. Order number: vitanet-974569. After 3 weeks sent them an e-mail inquiry the status of my order and got no response. One week later got the phone number from my banking institution records and called the number. When I called the number only got and automated option that referred me to the Website. Tried logging back on to the website and said that my password was no good. Requested that the password be e-mailed to me on their link, again no response.
