I have tryed for over a year to get this hateful Company (First 1 Financial) to give me a decent pay-off for the mini van that was under a contract in a 19% interest rate. It was a weekly payment plan. If the payment was not made on Monday, they started adding late fees that added up to $50 by the end of the week, then the phone calls every day to get you to pay, sometimes twice. The customer service reps never announced their name, I always had to ask. They will only report your credit payment to one reporting agency, not all three... read full review »
