Verizon has poor customer service after 12 years of paying on time and up grading service with them they you are just another number to them. Only one of our phone lines is able up grade at this time and rather than trying to help with the 2nd line to upgrade (this one is due in 90 days). They tell you sorry i can not help you. We are wanting to up grade to a data package ( more money for them) and data phones and all you get is I can not hepl you. At this point it is cheeper to pay to get out of the contract with Verizon and go to AT&T in 2 weeks when they open in our zip code. read full review »
