I tried purchasing a number of domains from 1&1/1and1.com . They took my credit card information and the site said the transaction went through and then nothing-- no response from this company. I called them a little later and the stupid, stupid girl on the other end of the line couldn't understand letters or spelling for anything. After about 15 minutes of spelling out one of the domain names, she finally got it right. She said that there's a 12-24 hour delay in getting domains registered.
