I also have been billed for a fraudulent call from IDL Communications. Bell is giving me no satisfaction on refunding my $23.39 and there is no one to complain to about it. I have wasted two long phone calls with no result. I have no idea who used the phone number. I would not mind paying the charge if there were some way of identifying the caller. As it is, I could be charged again and have no recall. Likewise, there is no way of reporting the fraudulent call to Bell.
