I placed an order through Amazon and payed for next day shipping. Amazon chose to ship the Package by UPS Ground service. The package was not delivered on time, and Amazon responded to my complaint by saying "The carrier has promised us to deliver this item by March 14. So I suggest you to wait until March 14 to receive this package". The package was supposed to be delivered on March 11. I think that this is fraud, but I am not sure how to proceed legally.
