I had the same problems as others have described. I purchased an item, their website said it would be shipped within 2-3 days and to contact them via email if the item had not been received within 10 business days. I contacted them three times and never got any response. I notified my credit card company to reverse the charges. About 6 weeks after my purchase date I did receive my order.
