I was a member of this club for 2 years. I cancelled my membership after my contract was expired. They continued to bill me after canceling the membership. I called their "customer service" and spoke to a "manager" that checked my account, and found that I had not attended the club for 2 months (since my cancellation). She offered to refund my dues. She also asked me to send a letter stating that I wanted to close my account. I sent the letter the next day. Two months later they continued to bill me again for the membership... read full review »
