At the end of October I purchased (or tried to) an end table from furniturebuzz. On their website it stated it was in stock and would take 10 – 15 days to arrive. After a week or so of never receiving a shipped notice I e-mailed them and they said that product ships directly from the factory and sometimes they take a few weeks. Unhappily I waited, after a month I sent them another e-mail asking whats up and where is the end table which you have already taken my money for?
