My wife was served on 2/10/11 for Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. I the Husband called to try and settle the claim and they turned me down saying my wife had to call and set everything up. She called and set up a PAYMENT PLAN with them and told them i would (husband) would call in the first payment on 3/11/10 they said it would stop all judgements, and court dates.
