purchased a stressless recliner from WILLIS furniture in va.beach, va. was told by the sales person that we should get the protection plan as this was a $2, 500 chair. said everything would be covered, stains, cuts, etc.. noticed slight scuff on the footstool and wanted to get it fixed.. denied claim without even looking at it or asking for pics. what a rip off.. read full review »
