I bought my son an Eclipse MP3 player. The thing worked for two hours. After dealing with the techs, the problem wasn't fixedand they asked for us to go one line to get a return form. The tech gave me the wrong web address, and when I complained they sent me an e-mail making it sound like my fault. Well I sent it off and got it back. The MP3 player worked for a whole two days.
