March 03, 2011 - Wrong muffler exhaust blew engine during repair no longer drive able. Truck was left on the lot (Center 104 - 5238 South Boulevard, Charlotte, NC). Mechanic says I need to buy a new engine because of their mistake. Upon bringing my truck in for new muffler, I had no problems with the engine. Mechanic asked me if I wanted a larger muffler on the truck, I replied only if it would make the truck run better. I did not ask him to change it. When mechanic lower the lift, smoke, water from exhaust begin to mix with the oil. Engine immediately locked. read full review »
