I have had a Wachovia account for 11 years... before they bought out First Union. Recently I've also had a lot of trouble with Wachovia frivolous over drafting policy. The fact is they hold transactions that you think should have already been charged for ridiculously long periods of time... these charges do not reflect on your available funds when you make a balance inquiry.
