Service is non-existant. I pay all my bills on line except for Santander because the website will not allow me to register because it says I already am. Yet I have never been in it! When I try "forgot ID name" it is again useless; saying it doesn't recognize my email. Emails for help and phone calls have been useless. I am going to formal complaints outside your company but if this reaches someone inside that company who cares and is not incompetent by all means please contact me.
