Wrongful attack against Sherry Spoonts and her daycare business in Carrollton, Texas.This is/was an apparent attempt by another daycare operator in that area to try and cause a similar type business to be forced into peril and put out of business as to bring more business for four daycare businesses that are owned by this other operator.
