In Sept. 2010, my elderly relative received a letter from a company called "Financial Express", which is not listed in any of the sources I researched. Here's a excerpt from the first paragraph: "...in the North America Consumer Promotion Draw, organized on behalf of customers of Wal-Mart, Sears, Home Depot, Safeway, etc." The Letter also includes valid logos from many institutions across the bottom but is printed in black/white (laser printer, not photo copy) and was folded by a machine.
