I have been receiving $2.01 charges on my account from this company a few times over the past few months. Every time they come up I would call cutomer service to cancel my subscription. Then I would be charged again! I was so frustrated that I could not get a real person on the phone. It was only because of the magazine "Real Simple" (ironic, I know) that I found my answer.
