file a complaint with the New York State Attorney general's office. The info is online, fill out the complaint form, mail it in. SKS must be investigated. The only way to stop this is to file a complaint with the NYS Attorney general's office. Doens't it seem coincidental that everyone "owes" basically the same amount? ($85 to $100).
