They're the worst video game store I have ever experienced. They have poor customer service and a racist manager. I've already contacted the owner steve schmitz and they did nothing to fix the complaint. I came in one day and asked if I can buy a Wii system. I asked if they have it. Then they told me they can't sell it. The little guy was shorter than me and said he cannot sell it to me because he has it on hold for somebody unless I give him 20.00 more.
