A car that was insured by Progressive Auto Insurance at the corners of E. Helena Avenue and Riverside Drive, where the car that is insured by Progressive Auto Insurance ran a red light and hit a van at the intersection, after hitting the van ended up coming to where I was standing on the Bridge and hitting me.
