My experience with Open Range has been horrible. First of all, for the first four months I was receiving horrible download and upload rates, right around .5Mbs on the download side. I called them every day for those four months to try and get the issue resolved. Customer support couldn't even agree on whether or not I lived in a "high-capacity" area or not.
