I bought a $2300 theater sectional a year and some months ago.within a couple of months my sectional had a malfunction. still under warranty i called hanks and had a part ordered.i bought my sectional in sept of 2009.here we are in march of 2011 and im still fighting Hanks fine furniture for one measly part. im always told "we'll call you back", but im always the one to call them back. and then i read the comment from ol' brooke.WOW!Hanks im going to see if maybe there is a group law suit that all of us dumb a**&% can file. read full review »
