I also used the vital check system, there seems to be no place to go in person. they charged me 65 dollars and continued to express mail me (fee applies) and charge me for a blank piece of paper claiming there is no record of my birth. They had my email and phone and could have contacted me before express mailing me an empty envelope. Also the phone number i was given was to some pharmacy in the 518 area code. just another internet scam i guess. Of course they have a no refund policy on their applications. read full review »
