We are owners at Stormy Point, a Festiva Resort since 2006. Stormy Point has been sold to Summerwinds Resorts. We have been told we are NO LONGER A PART OF FESTIVA Resorts, so we are no longer entitled to exchange our week at other Festiva Resorts. The only place we can use our time share is at Stormy Point. Our whole point in buying into a time share is to visit other areas of the country. We would not have bought into Festiva if we had known this might happen.
