Ordered pair of ski mitts in Dec. 2009, website shows order received and in process. No sign of product after 3 weeks and no one in customer service to answer phone regarding the order. Left numerous voice mail and e-mail messages - no response. Lousy customer service, no calls or messages returned, very, very disappointed. Buyer beware. Shop this site at your own risk.
