I buy your shoes (thom mcan) all the time, usually 2 pair at a time. and when I find one that is overly comfortable I buy 2 pair the same and in all colours! The latest leather dress shoes I bought for work in brown and in black and was shocked when the heel bottom on both pair came off!!! The one came off while I was outside and when I can inside my work it was then wet and I almost fell!!! Please let me know the status on this product and whether steps are being taken to correct this issue, , , , , I was a shoe store manager for 9 years and I know that this is unexceptable. read full review »
