I too am an avid online shopper. Outside of food, 80% of my case good purchases are made online. Reading the previous complaints initially caused some concern, then I had to remind myself there were relatively few complaints on this site and elswhere. This considered, I ordered a pair of Brooks Running shoes. In less than 5 days my new shoes arrived. For those of you who order online, I would recommend visiting a brick and mortar store and trying on the merchandise prior to ordering online.
