Both a nice leather pair of Clark shoes at the local Marshalls less than a year ago. Noticed one morning on a cold day that the sole of both shoes split completely apart, across the width of the sole. Went to a local Clark's store and they referred me to their customer service. Don't know why, I showed them both soles, they ran an alledged stock number check and stated they couldn't locate the shoe in their computer. Whatever?
