I purchased a BullyXtreme4 which is a piece of exercise equipment. When I got the product, it was obviously poorly made and not usable. I returned the product and got my money back, but the company never stood behind it to say what the problem was. They acknowledged the product was bad and unusable and complained that it's manufactured in Asia. It sounds like they're just a front for some Asian manufacturer and have no control over the quality.
