I have been trying to cancel my account for months and they keep saying they can't find my account/email but I keep getting charged 24.95 per month on my debit VISA card. This is outrageous...I have been on hold for hours during work which is very difficult...they are only open for calls Mon - Fri til 5:30...which is when I work so how can I contact them...they keep replying with form emails to my email inquiry...I am furious...they need to find my account and credit me for the months of charges...do not buy into this service which didn't give me any information that was not available to me online without paying...rip off read full review »
