We stay at the Red Roof Inn on Ackerman Road in Columbus on February 26, 2011. When we arrived the office was locked and there was no one working the front desk. When a clerk arrived there were guests lined up with complaints. I was given the keys to our room and when step into the room was shocked...the bedsheets were on the floor the trash cans had been dumped in the middle on the room and the room smelled terrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for a cleaning crew to clean the room. We had made dinner reservations and was unable to eat dinner... read full review »
