Grossly overcharged for one color hair processing. Price menu on front desk says from 65 on up. I was told my hair would cost "a little extra" expecting that to amount to approx 20-30 dollars was totally shocked and dismayed to learn she charged me $150!!! At no time was I informed how much this "little extra" would amount to. I walked out of there feeling like I got screwed and with an almost $200 bill for an average hair color and flat iron.
