have a serious problem with your product which will not let me log on to the internet. Whilst I was on the net I got a message to say that I had a virus on my computer, and the message window looked like my Microsoft warning and I let it do a scan, It down loaded the software and then asked me to clean the system. To do this, I have to purchase the software license which I do not want to. I now cannot uninstall the software, and it does not show up in my ' add / remove software ' facility.
