I made a payment for phone service online. I printed a confirmation page with the confirmation number. The online Myverizon.com did not show this payment. I called to find out what was going on. The sales rep was very rude. Valarie kept asking me the same questions. I told her I had answered what I could, but she insisted she needed more information.
