They have ripped off hundreds, reported thus far, with their deceptive business practices. My story is the same as everyone elses. I ordered the free trial for 4.95, no visible T&C, rude CS reps, refusal to refund money etc etc etc... I contacted the BBB and the Fla attorney general called me at home a few days later. The BBB gave them a rating of F. I hear there is a pending class action lawsuit. Stay away, buy local from your convenience store or smoke shop. read full review »
