My husband and I were involved in a car accident in December of 2010. The front of the car was highly damaged but it was all body work that needed to be done. We took it to AP Body Shop since we knew the owner, Andre. The first time we got our car back was not until February... but it only lasted a day and had to go back to the shop. I have been trying a loan modification since 2008 and it has been denied without even a reason about 5 times since then. During the first 2 loan modifications I was actually up to date on my loan but after not being listened to and hearing from other people that I should stop paying the mortage I did. It has now been 3 years, fighting with Chase and getting the run-around.
