To whome it may concern; 11/29/010 i signed up for a loan modifiication on my house, with household relief. i faxed over 795.00 to them, they where to give me a update on the progress every frida, needless to say i haven't heard from them once, and they don't answer there phone, and they failed to get my modification on my home. Im on social security and can't afford to give 795.00 away these people are crooks. It's been well over 90 day's, they are to return my money they have done nothing.
