I got behind in my mortgage and arranged a repayment plan that was to prevent further late charges from being assessed. They kept charging me anyway, even though I made all repayments on schedule. They flat out lied when making the arrangement, and also kept sending threatening letters about steps to foreclosure, that I was told by reps to "ignore".
