I had been with Directv for 10 years prior to moving to Cox Cable. During the 10 years I was never late on any payments and for which they expressed that I was a wonderful long term customer and they were sorry to see me go when I cancelled my service. Also, during this time I never had our phone line connected to the services so PPV services could not be ordered without directly contacting them via their on line ordering or via direct telephone conversation.
