I am an employee at one of the best buy stores in florida and I have to keep a job but I can't stand to see people ripped off. Do not shop at Best Buy. We do not care about anything but the Co bottom line. The Geek Squad is a joke and we are not repairing any computers unless it can be fixed by putting a disk in it. Other wise we send it off. It is second nature to avoid honoring warranty's, charging for fabricated work, padding bills and outright lying to customers.
