We have a Kenmore fridge under warranty from Sears. I need a filter (which I bought) replaced which requires removing the casing etc. They said they would be out today 3/14/11 between 1 and 5 pm. By 4.30pm (after waiting in all day) they had not arrived. I called and they said it was still on the schedule. Called again at4.45pm. Same answer. Called at 5.00pm and they said the technician could not make it. They would have to reschedule.
