My cell service through Qwest was interrupted on 02/10/2009. I was kind of shocked by the lapse in service since it was only the 10th and my bill isn't usually due until the 12th or 13th of each month. I called customer service immediately to rectify the situation. I was first sent to a customer service rep who had a hard time verifying my account information.
