My sisters and I wanted to try out Proactiv. After the first box, we decided we didn't like it. Then, the Proactiv system kept on coming to our house. We kept on writing, "Return To Sender." I didn't know the account information to log onto the Proactiv website to cancel my account. One day I finally went online to find the Proactiv number to call in and cancel.
