I returned the product on 2-2-2011. ups tracking delivered the product on 2-9-2011. as of 3-14-2011 I have still not rec'd credit refund on my credit card. I have called 7 times and get a different response every time. just spoke with robbie (manager) he would not refer me to his boss. I think this company is a scam. i guess they feel that after several calls, you will just give up. not me!!! He told me he had a fax confirmation that my refund was posted 2-28-11. I still have the amount showing on my credit card. Don't buy this product unless you aim to keep it!!! read full review »
